Challenge
Xksena Studio needed a website that could bring together the studio presentation, service catalog, portfolio gallery, and online booking in one place.
The goal was to create a smooth journey from discovering a treatment to booking it, while giving the team the flexibility to keep adding new services without creating new pages manually.
Service pages required special attention because each treatment contains different types and amounts of content — descriptions, pricing, duration, benefits, preparation instructions, aftercare tips, galleries, and FAQs.
What was built
The website was developed in Webflow as a multi-page platform featuring a service catalog, portfolio gallery, studio pages, FAQ, and additional informational sections.
All services are powered by a single CMS template with dynamic content blocks. Each page automatically adapts to the available content, displaying only the sections that have been populated and preventing empty layouts.
Custom categorization, filters, multi-reference CMS relationships, and sticky in-page navigation were implemented to improve content organization and user navigation.
The booking experience was integrated with Altegio, with booking actions placed strategically throughout the user journey.
Micro-interactions, navigation states, filters, galleries, accordions, and responsive behavior were carefully refined across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Result
Xksena Studio now has a unified platform that combines its service catalog, portfolio, studio information, and online booking into a single experience.
Filtering and in-page navigation help visitors quickly find the right treatment, explore detailed information, and proceed directly to booking.
The CMS allows the team to independently manage services, pricing, galleries, and other content without developer involvement.
Project status: Currently in the final stage before launch.
